In light of recent national security developments reported in the media, we would like to provide clarity and reassurance regarding the situation in Quintana Roo.

We would like to confirm that there are no disruptions to tourism operations in the Cancún and Playa Mujeres area. Airports, transportation services, and public infrastructure continue to operate normally. All resort operations, guest services, and scheduled activities at our properties are proceeding without interruption.

Authorities maintain a coordinated and visible security presence across the state. These measures are precautionary in nature and form part of an ongoing national security strategy. We are in continuous communication with local authorities and industry partners and are closely monitoring developments. At this time, there is no impact on travel plans, hotel services, or guest experiences.
