We have identified unauthorized messages requesting payment updates or warning of reservation cancellations for stays at ATELIER Playa Mujeres or ÓLEO Cancún Playa booked through Booking.com.

These messages are fraudulent and did not originate from Booking.com or from our resorts. We have already contacted Booking.com and are working with their team to address this issue.

Please disregard these messages and do not share any personal or banking information.
