General Conditions

• This travel insurance is valid for clients that booked and paid their stay through this website or the ATELIER de Hoteles’ call center.
• The coverage of trip interruption or cancellation and/or guest’s disease is up to $1,500 USD.
• Medical assistance for accident or disease, included those caused by COVID-19, up to $2,000 USD.
• Not valid for pre-existing medical conditions.
• The trip cancellation will be valid for guests with positive diagnosis of COVID-19, up to 14 calendar days.
• The insurance coverage for cancellation or interruption only applies to the traveling client and their companions, as long as they have booked and paid for their stay at our resorts directly via the ATELIER Hotels call center and online through this website, it is not extendable for their family in case of contagion.
• This travel insurance will be valid as long as health alerts, restrictions or recommendations not to travel to the destination or Cancun are issued by local, state and or national authorities, as well as by the authorities of the client's permanent place of residence.
• Repatriation coverage up to $20,000 USD.
• Hotel expenses for convalescence up to $ 200 USD per day and up to 15 days.
• The amounts of coverage, validity and type of coverage may be updated without prior notice and vary depending on the resort booked.
• The validity of the insurance begins at 00:00 hours on the start date of the trip until 23:59 hours on the completion date of the trip.
• ATELIER de Hoteles makes no guarantees, representations and/or takes no liability regarding any products or services holded and/or executed through TravelBlu, company of Sekura (Third Party) and you understand and agree that any guarantee of service, claims or enquiries shall be addressed through this third party.

For trip cancellation, the insurance applies from the purchase or reservation, understanding that the cancellation must be made before starting the trip.
