IN CANCUN AND PLAYA MUJERES

At ATELIER De Hoteles we are truly aware of the situation the whole world is going through, so we continue striving to provide our unique disruptive concept, portraying barefoot luxury and relaxation throughout all our brands, offering a special experience to all our guests.

Therefore, we are so proud to announce the re-opening dates of each of our properties in Cancun and Playa Mujeres, as stated below:

• ÓLEO Cancún Playa – Re-opened on June 15th, 2020
• ATELIER Playa Mujeres – Re-opened on June 15th, 2020
• ESTUDIO Playa Mujeres – Opening on July 15th, 2020

It is important to mention that some of the implementation, include permanent disinfection of all our resorts, as well as diverse actions that will make our guests feel safe and confident to enjoy their vacation throughout their stay.

In addition, all our guests and commercial partners with reservations with upcoming arrivals before the resorts’ re-opening dates, or those with federal travel restrictions, may request a change of dates with no additional cost as part of our Flexible Change Policy.

To make any changes we also ask you to consider the following, with the sole intention of providing a more efficient service to all our guests:

• Reservations placed through the official website www.atelierdehoteles.com: send an email to assistance@adh.com; including travel dates and confirmation number.
• If the reservation was made through an online travel agency, a tour operator or any third party you should contact them in the first place. In the event that you cannot contact them directly and you require immediate assistance, please send us an email     to reservations@adh.com, writing on the subject line your travel dates, the confirmation number and the name of the travel agency or third party with which you booked through.
• Reservations of Weddings or Groups and Events: the account executive will contact you shortly to provide assistance and detailed information.
