What do I need to register to the BELONG program?
To register, simply click on "Register"
located in the upper right corner and create a profile.
Create a new account or log into your existing one,
which requires an email address and a password. When creating a new account, after
entering your email address and creating a password, you will then receive a
confirmation email to validate your new account. This email will direct you to
your profile on our website and ask you to complete all of your agent's
information, including your IATA ID, CLIA, Clue, True or Code.

section, accessible from the top center of our BELONG home page. This
resource will provide you with step-by-step instructions to facilitate the
creation of your account on our home page.
What are “cash incentives”?
When signing up for BELONG, you will receive
the benefit of cash incentives. These are payments sent to you (USA and Canada
through a check; Mexico via wire transfer*) for every successful booking you
make for ATELIER Playa Mujeres and ÓLEO Cancún Playa. You get
different payments depending on the hotel, the room categories as well as the
number of nights per booking. You can check the different amounts you can
receive on our Terms and Conditions. .
Do I need to complete any additional registration to
get the cash incentives?
If you are already registered to our BELONG
program, no additional registrations are needed to participate for exclusive
benefits.
How long do I have to register my reservations in the BELONG program?
Your bookings can be registered starting on the date in which the
reservation was created until the check-out date.
How will I get paid for my earned cash incentives?
All payments of cash incentives are sent to the
current address registered in the program, so it’s very important to keep all
your information up to date.
It is important to note that the method of payment
will be different according to the geographic origin of the travel agent: via
check in the case of USA and Canada; via wire transfer in the case of Mexico.
If any of my clients cancel their reservation, can I
still claim my incentive?
Payment of cash incentives applies only for effective
reservations, meaning, that these benefits can be redeemed only after your
clients have checked out the hotel.
What must I do if I change from one agency to another?
It's very important to keep all your information up to date. If you
start working with a different agency or your current address changes, you need
to log in and edit your profile with the new agency or your new address
details. We strongly recommend doing these updates 45 days in advance, so you
can make sure that all your further reservations can be correctly registered in
the program. ATELIER de Hoteles cannot guarantee that reservations
placed out of this range period can be registered or eligible for the cash
incentives or free nights program.
